Description

As a consulting firm that develops creative and affordable applications for schools, medical laboratories, hospitals, churches, businesses, organizations and individuals, we are seeking to recruit Information Technology Officers and outreach Ambassadors. The Officers and Ambassadors will support our ambitious growth and the development of our employer brand that simplifies business processes through the use of affordable and creative applications that increase revenue for our clients.  MAC recruits only the best ‘street smart’ professionals. The Officers and Ambassadors will be expected to have hands-on experience in the core technical responsibilities in addition to excellent intra and interpersonal skills. They will be expected to  manage multiple information and communication projects in order to drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement and development of applications that simplify processes.

Position: ICT Officers

The successful candidate will:

• have working knowledge and experience of website content management systems (CMS) like Drupal.
• be committed to Management Advisory Consulting (MAC) core values of respect for clients and staff, provision of quality service, an environment that encourages transparency and promotion of internal learning.
• excellent knowledge and understanding of digital and social media channels.
• have a minimum of three years experience working as a member of a creative team of computer professionals.
• undertake tasks associated with installation, maintenance, computer systems and network technical support.
• be highly disciplined, have personal integrity, be self-motivated and be able to deliver to set targets and goals
• undertake tasks associated with the development of creative applications and software adapted to client peculiarities.
• have conceptual, analytical and creative skills including the ability to identify and communicate relevant issues and priorities.
• provide  well-researched solutions with creative options to clients.
• have good interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients.
• have excellent graphic skills that include working with photoshop, CorelDraw, e.t.c.

Position: Outreach Ambassadors

The successful candidate will:

• be able to create marketing campaigns and strategies that will generate sales traffic in different states
• be a confident, optimistic and articulate communicator
• be able to increase monthly sales through the execution of proven marketing strategies
• have experience organizing marketing activities.
• have examples of achievements in similar previous marketing role(s).
• create and develop innovative ways to communicate MAC's services to new and existing customers.
• be highly disciplined, have personal integrity, be self-motivated and be able to deliver to set targets and goals
• plan, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of monthly marketing events
• have good interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients.

Salary band

The salary of both Outreach Ambassadors and Officers is N1,800,000 gross per annum during the probation period and N3,000,000 gross per annum after successful completion of the 6 months probationary period. 
 

Benefits after Probation Period

Management Advisory Consulting (MAC)’s core benefits include 20 days holiday per annum (7 of which must be taken during the last two weeks of the year), up to 25% salary advance from two weeks before the next salary payment, participation in the pension scheme, telephone and internet allowance, health insurance and other perks.
