Business/ Branch Manager in IT/ Business Centre Company in Benin City

Job Position: Business/Branch Manager (BM)
Location: Ugbowo, Benin City, Edo State
Job Type: Full-Time
Duration: 6 years (and it is renewable)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The manager will be responsible for the business performance of the business
• Liaise with employees, customers, suppliers and relevant authorities as the case may be
• Manage budget and introducing cost-effective methods of operation
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business report including but not limited to financials, marketing, business development and process improvement reports
• Day to day management of all aspects of the business
• Promoting and marketing the business centre if possible
• Introduce and strategically implement business expansion

REQUIREMENTS:

1. The Candidates must be between 26-35 years
2. Minimum of OND in Business Administration or related courses (But any NCE/SSCE holder with great  business sense and has probably manage a business centre before can also apply)
3. The candidate must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and should be able to operate Photocopy Machine (if probably)
4. Ability to handle other typing and graphic design related computer packages like Corel Draw, Photoshop etc will be an added advantage
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
6. High level of demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to interact and communicate with customers, staffs and any individuals at all levels of the organization and business management.
9. The candidate must have the ability to develop proposals, letters of correspondence and other related documentation without supervision.
10. Ability to work with colleagues and partners of varied backgrounds and experience.
11. At least 1 years work experience as a Manager or any experience in a Leadership Position
