Creative Graphic Designer

Our Client, an international School is seeking a talented and creative graphic designer who will be responsible for developing and creating visual concepts, by using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers.

Job Position: Creative Graphic Designer
Responsibilities

• Create images and logos
• Advise on strategies to reach a particular audience
• Determine the message the design should portray
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout
• Present the design to the art director
• Develops advertising blasts, email campaign and marketing materials
• Creative images for Internet Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Support the Websites
• He must be able to develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
• Ability to combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and the layout of websites and printed pages.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience with content management systems and web traffic programs
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written are required
• 2 years’ experience with web design tools including Cold fusion MX, Dreamweaver MX, Acrobat 5.
• Candidates with Advertising Agency experience is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant courses
• Must have a proven portfolio.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Social Media Networking – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram promotion

Skills Set:

• Social Media Marketing – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram promotions
• Macromedia Flash 8, Acrobat 5, Flash MX and Photoshop with Image Ready
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator,
• Solid experience with graphic design, Flash images, banners and logos
• Creative, strong design and layout skills, good sense of color
