Deployment Supervisor

Our client wants is looking to hire qualified candidates to fill the position of Deployment Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Work Supervision
  • Secure that work area is prepared for start of activity
  • Plan of activity and scheduling of work task.
  • Ensure employees are familiar with hazards in the workplace
  • Call-off and coordinate of material and personnel
  • Secure access to work area
  • Collect necessary documentation and instruction for work team
  • Report on deviation in documentation
  • Report on work progress
  • Working in one Service Area.
  • Working in more than one Service Area.
• Inspect, report workmanship Q & OHS Perf.
• Visual inspection on ongoing and completed work.
• Monitor safety performance of all onsite activities

• Act on bad performance and quality
  • Report and act on bad performance on external resources, deliveries, and functions
  • Ensure that safety breaches are reported, recorded, investigated and appropriate corrective actions taken.
  • Report and act on quality issue on work area
• Material handling for work area
• Goods receive inspection
• Report and replacement of damage goods
• Act on missing materials from order or delivery
• Secure storage area for material and tools
• Act on Claims for miss functioning items
• Removal of packing and waste material
• Ensure that equipment is adequately maintained and suitable for the tasks undertaken
• Lead and delegate work
  • Supervise work team
  • Secure environmental, health and safety
  • Secure transport to and from work area for work team
  • Secure right level of competence in work team
  • Secure that local laws and regulation is followed

Qualification

• Minimum of Bachelors degree or OND
• 2-5 years work experience
