A dynamic new Media Agency situated in the heart of Lagos city, is recruiting for the position below:

Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• To assist the Finance Manager in the administration of the Company's financial accounts.
• Administer all accounts and budgets for various departments, and prepare reports. Collaborate with accounting and finance team and prepare financial statements on a monthly basis, Maintain records of all data and process invoices for relevant departments
• Process cheque payments, credit note transactions and daily direct deposits of cheques and cash Other tasks such as the accounts Payable & administrative function and compliance activities.

Requirements

• B.Sc graduate in Accounting or related field with 2nd class upper division and 4-5 years' experience in a Media agency.
• ICAN certification is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Sage evolution accounting package plus well developed computer skills; familiar with word, excel and other office software.
• Age limit: Less than 32 years.
