Personnel Qualification

Foxboro/Triconex  Specialist

• Must possess a minimum BEng/HND (or Equivalent)
• Personnel must have acquired not less than 10 (yrs) relevant experience in ICSS Maintenance  and  project  execution.
• Personnel would be properly skilled and trained with indept knowledge inFoxboro 1/A series 9.x Mesh Network .
• Personnel would be properly skilled and trained with indept knowledge inTriconex safety system.
• Personnel would be properly skilled and trained with indept knowledge in RTU20 SCADA system
• Personnel must be a certified TUV Functional Safety Engineer

Services to be Provided

Services to be provided shall include but not limited to:

• Schedule and carry out of Bi-monthly PM's on all sites and extraction and analysis of all Site operational alarms.
• Follow-up, coordinate, and actively participate on aii iCSS upgrade projectbeing undertaken by the affiliate.
• Completion of all Site Modificatiom Request (SMR) activities related to ICSSwhich shall be handed over by Company and validated by Head of ICSS.
• Modification and testing of the ICSS equipment and all support equipment within the agreed package boundaries.
• Ensure all CSS modification register on all site are up to date.
• Perform catography of all ICSS equipment and submit to Head of ICSS for Validation
• Ensure all documentation (backup plan, disaster recovery, anti-virus/patchupdate plan) are intact and up to date.
• Engineering and documentation development of functional analysis .
• Obsolescense management and regular review of Long term upgrade plans
• Implement cybersecurity requirements as directed by company
• Organize annual audit and participate in the ICSS Risk assessment review when required.
• Development and input of all planned maintenance activities to the COMPANY's Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), UNISUP Custody and maintenance of all special tooling required for system
