We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Main Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or referring inquiries.
• Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
• Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies
• Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
• Keep office area clean and tidy through cleaning and maintenance of the office space

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or an equivalent qualification.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Candidates must possess good attention to details.
• Customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Computer skills.
