Leading Edge Consulting - Our client, an independent lease operator and market leader in fleet management servicing largely the banking and financial services sector. It urgently seeks to identify highly skilled and experienced individuals with strong leadership attributes to join its growing team and provide strategic support to the Executive Management in line with the corporate goals.

Job Description

• The Head of Strategic Planning & Implementation reports to the Managing Director. The main purpose of the above role is to facilitate the actualization of the company’s vision through the formulating of effective strategies backed by strategic research and business intelligence.
• lt sees to the effective implementation of approved strategic plans and initiatives anchored through effective project management systems and processes.

Requirements

• The successful candidate will be accountable for the effective alignment of key performance metrics, growth, profitability and- business sustainability.
• Possession of good first and second degrees and relevant certifications are required.
• The position require a minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience 5 of which must be in a senior management role in the Finance sector.
