Job Title: MAINTENANCE OFFICER
Location: Lagos, NIGERIA

Job Description:

• Ensuring all school buildings and grounds are cleaned to agreed standards and specifications
• Ensuring the maintenance of all school buildings, grounds and utilities and ensuring that any repairs are properly and promptly carried out
• Keeping all grounds and buildings secure
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

Minimum Qualification:

• Have a minimum of OND
• Two (2years) work experience 

Knowledge & Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Have knowledge of facility maintenance
• Good negotiation skills
