Media Buyer

A dynamic new Media Agency situated in the heart of Lagos city, is recruiting for the position below:

Job Title: Media Buyer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Independently lead tactical implementation of multi channel media campaigns across all media channels such as (but not limited to) TV, print, QOH and collaborate with analytics team.
• Maintain and monitor all aspects of the media plan, including establishing media objectives and strategies, developing recommendations, tracking media expenditures to ensure budget compliance,, negotiation/buying, implementation and optimization.
• Conducting negotiations with media sales reps.
• Analyzing campaign performance and recommend necessary optimizations.
• Resolving media invoice and ad service fee discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience with a MIPAN registered agency in a related role.
• Ability to prioritize, work well under pressure, provide solutions and make strategically sound decisions.
• Strong mathematical abilities required plus solid negotiation skills.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
