Job Position: Documentation Officer, NAFDAC & SON Co-ordination
Job Location: Lagos
Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure NAFADAC costing and payments are done as at when due.
• Ensure NAFDAC first and second stamping are done for all entries.
• NAFDAC post clearing documentation.
• CRIA documentation.
• Generation of SON demand notes for SON regulated products.
• Ensure SONCAP code are generated for Form M and PAAR processing.

Courses / Qualification

• HND in any Social Sciences course
• 1 - 2 yrs experience
• Required age: 24 – 27 years

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Job Description

• Form M and PAAR Processing
• He generates invoice for Shipping and Terminal charges.
• He ensures payment of Shipping and Terminal charges are done promptly.
• Ensures Duty payments are made on time.
• Post clearing documentation.
• Inbound Logistics documentation and reporting.
• Submission of Exchange Control Document to the bank.

Qualifications

• HND in any Social Sciences course
• 1 - 2 years experience
• Age: 24 - 27 years

Job Description

• The Clearing agents are responsible for clearing of goods from the port to the warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities

• He facilitates releasing of documents at Customs.
• He facilitates releasing at the shipping lines.
• He generates Terminal Delivery Order and distribute it to Haulage Service Providers.
• He facilitates Gate processing and Exit.
• Escort processing.
• Passing out of Trucks at the gate.

Courses / Qualification

• OND in any course
• 1 - 2 yrs experience
• Required age: 25 - 30 years

Job Position: Crop Officer
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description

• The Crop Officer is saddled with the task of working with a selected farmer ecosystem to provide complete agro input solution to them in an innovative manner using Crop Science Approach and ensuring adoption of input bundle by farmers to improved farm yield and quality.
• He will work with other relevant collaborators within his ecosystem and supervise the technical officer at delivering on their Objectives.
• The Crop Officer will also advise on other crops of interest, current gaps that the company can leverage and better influence the farmers’ decisions.
• He's the project Manager of the Entrenchment activities within designated areas and Crops and reports directly to the Business Head of Saro Agrosciences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Farmer registration and documentation
• Input assortment and distribution to the customer/farmers
• Maintain linkage and contacts with Farmers connected through Licensed Buying agents or Organizations.
• Monitor and make input bundle available to farmers for their farm use
• Train farmers Good Agric Practices and improved agronomic practices that will enhance yield and quality
• Input assortment and delivery to the demo plot
• Demo monitoring and evaluation
• Organized field days
• Identify drop point of interest for seeds
• Prepare Sales Plan per DP
• Review sale plan and aligned
• Distribution of seeds to Drop Points for quick off take by farmers

Qualifications

• B.Agric (Extension, Agronomy, Rural Development)
• Technical Knowledge in Agronomy
• 3 - 5 Years’ experience
• 25 - 30 years old
