We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Officer
Job Location: Surulere / Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
• Conduct investigations to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures.
• Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to transportation activities.
• Serve as contact persons for all Drivers within assigned territories.
• Develop, implement and monitor route schedules.
• Monitor operations to ensure that drivers comply with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules and government regulations.
• Ensure periodic repairs and maintenance check of buses/vehicles and storage facilities.
• Minimize disruption and resolve any unscheduled delays.

Qualification, Skills & Experience

• Graduates of reputable tertiary institution.
• 2 years experience as an Operation Officer.
• Previous experience within a high-performing, fast paced environment - ideally automotive.
• Knowledge of Cars, Car Brand, Car Parts advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused.
• Commercial acumen.
• Preferably a male for gender balancing.
• Candidate must be living within Surulere/Mushin environs.
