Senior Training Consultant

Ascension Consulting Services is a fast-growing consulting firm in Nigeria, delivering value to national and international businesses, by providing Tax, Regulatory and People Services. Ascension Academy is a brand name of the academic unit of Ascension Academy Institute Limited with the aim of producing broad based analytical tax professionals through interactive and technologically enhanced training process facilitated by prolific lecturers and tax experts who are interested in raising certified national and global tax experts.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Senior Training Consultant
Job Locations: Lagos
Position type: Full-time

Job Description

• Candidates must be ready to work in a performance driven environment.
• Progress check-ins with participants to assist their preparation for sessions.
• Monitoring participant satisfaction during each program.
• Design and develop interactive training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training, compliance training etc
• Preparing and delivering sessions based on client needs and schedules.
• Develop materials to meet the requirements of clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent.
• Must not be older than 35 years of age by 31st June, 2018
• Significant work experience as a trainer, training facilitator, or organizing multiple training events, preferably in a corporate environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledgeable about both traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• Good presentation skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
• Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze the different aspects carefully.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
