Job Description

• Credit/loan Risk Evaluation and Appraisal
• Credit Risk Administration and Management
• Loan Recoveries and Delinquency Management
• Risk reporting
• Enterprise wide risk Management Framework, Strategies and Practice
• Risk Policy and Compliance Audits
• Risk Identification, Control, Monitoring and Management within the organization
• Health and safety measures
• Building risk awareness amongst staff and providing support and training within

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: BSc
• Candidate should have 5 years cognate experience working in a similar role
• Must have working knowledge of all facets of banking operation, audit, risk Management and finance skills
• Must have analytical skills, numerical skills, credit skills and an eye for detail
• Must be able to understand broader business issues
