• As a trainee, you will gain insights into various aspects of retail operations, retail buying, warehouse management, audit processes, retail finances, customer engagement, team management, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:

• Recent graduates or individuals with 1-3 years of experience in related fields.
• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply, Statistics, Food Science, Food Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related disciplines with a minimum of upper division.
• Not more than 30 years of age.
• Must have completed NYSC or have an exemption letter.
• Passion for the retail industry and a strong desire to build a career in retail management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn from various retail experiences.
