Through our innovative agricultural franchise model, we empower smallholder farmers and rural women with pre- and post-harvest management solutions, including finance, processing, and value addition.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant
Job Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct internal audits and ensure financial records comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Support financial planning and provide insights for decision-making
• Manage tax filings, compliance, and liaise with external auditors
• Monitor budgets and analyze financial performance
• Maintain proper documentation and implement financial controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of hands-on accounting and auditing experience
• Previous work experience in startups or FMCG is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Excel)
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, tax laws, and audit processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
