PG Consulting Limited - Our client, a young Manufacturing and Service company situated on the mainland in Lagos, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accounts Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes charge of the financial bookkeeping of the company
• Utilizes software to organize financial account information (SAGE 50)
• Generates and Processes and Transmits bills and invoices to customers
• Generates and Processes and Records payments to suppliers and Track Company Expenses
• Conducts Due diligence to ensure billing accuracy & Resolves billing disputes
• Processing refunds, short payments and outstanding balances
• Create a standard Internal Auditing Procedure, monitor same and report as appropriate on a periodic basis
• Ensure accounting numbers are in sync for all company productions and services
• Generate financial reports for management review on a weekly and monthly basis
• Prepare Management Accounts for Auditing Purposes & Regulatory Authorities

Qualifications and Requirements

• (Strictly) B.Sc or HND in Accounting / Accountancy
• Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in accounting roles
• Age Qualification: Not more than 28 years in 2020
• Excellent Knowledge of Accounting Principles, processes and guidelines
• Excellent office managerial abilities
• Experience with bookkeeping, invoices, payroll administration etc
• Conversant with the use of Accounting Packages (Tally, Sage50, Navision etc)
• Good command of MS Office tools (Word, Exel, Power point, Outlook)
• MUST reside within the Centre of Lagos Mainland.
