Position Summary


  • The Administrative Support shall report to the Human Resources and Operations Manager and will provide administrative support at all times.
  • Prepares correspondence, scans documents, assists with internal and external communications, and assists in developing travel itineraries in collaboration with ICAP Finance Unit.

Major Accountabilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to all ICAP staff in Abuja; prepare correspondence, scan documents, organize meetings, assist with internal and external communications, and assist in the development of travel itineraries.
  • Assist in coordinating staff monthly airtime and internet top-ups.
  • Raising requests for materials/services and ensuring that procurement requests include all required specifications and supporting documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of service agreements and Supplier Purchase Order (SPO) and coordinate suppliers during the delivery of the goods and services.
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle movement, monitoring fuel consumption and vehicle logbooks.
  • Regular updating of the office inventory log.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Procurement or any related field.

Minimum Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of one (1) year directly related experience in an office administrative management role.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and ability to interact effectively with staff and management at all organizational levels.
  • Attentiveness to detail.

  • None Required.
