Job Descriptions
- Reservation and ticketing with experience of GDS, Amadeus, Sabre, and Viewport.
- Training and experience in travels and tours and proven ability to manage multiple customers and client at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Process airlines BSP, issue ticket, re-route tickets, refund etc.
- Proven experience of marketing tickets and acquiring new customers to the agency.
- Monthly target.
Qualifications, Competencies and Experience
- University degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Marketing, Management and Communications or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Candidates must possess Amadeus Reservation Certificate and Universal Federations of Travels Associations (UFTA) diploma in addition.
- Must have worked in a similar capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, power points and computer graphics.
- A creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
