We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design
• Using the construction “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Compile project specifications
• Keep within budgets and timelines
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
• Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
• Follow architectural trends and advancements

Requirements

• Must possess a B.Eng in either Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Must possess industry-related- work experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• An eye for detail and good design
• Strong technical drawing skills
• Good IT skills and a familiarity with industry-specific software and modeling programs.
• Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)
