Job Position: Architect
Job Location: Lagos Island

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients advising clients
• Producing detailed drawings
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
• Coordinating the work of contractors
• Making site visits to check on progress
• Dealing with problems that might come up during building

Job Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Architecture or related disciplines
• Must have 2-3 years hands on Experience as an architect.
• A good knowledge of 3D, interior design and Animation is required.
