Job Position: Architectural Illustrator 
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description

• The Architectural Illustrator primary role is to create concept design drawings from the Designers brief, which are then quoted from and sent to the client.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Sales Team/Designers to produce specific designs drawings by hand.
• Liaising with Sales Team/Designers to foresee expected work load and estimate when drawings will be produced.
• Arranging & editing drawings on Photoshop.
• Assist in answering the telephone (if required).
• Engaging, informing and building rapport with potential customers, creating a helpful link between initial enquiry, design consultation and sale.
• Maintaining a drawing log.
• Updating CRM system.
• Maintaining and keeping an updated Quote Book.
• Sending brand literature.
• Other office duties as required.

Basic Requirements

• Drawing and Architectural Illustration skills
• Architectural understanding experience would be beneficial
• Someone who can keep a clear head in a fast paced & changing environment.
• An ideal candidate will be well organised, hardworking, and a positive team player.
• IT Literate.
• Experience in a similar industry would be a bonus.
• Experience in hand rendered drawings and water colour.
• The ability to prioritise workloads in order to meet company deadlines.
• Strong attention to for detail.
