We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Network Support Trainee


Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: NYSC

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring network (systems) performance in real-time, on a daily basis.
  • Performing remote troubleshooting and diagnostic evaluation for resolution of anomalies/faults.
  • Effectively documenting anomalies, faults and resolutions on the CRM (ticketing software).
  • Use basic tools and instruments to assemble, adjusts, calibrate, repair or test various products
  • Escalation of alerts and faults for timely resolution by the Operations team.
  • Conduct telephone support to customers by assessing hardware, software, and network-related issues on solar systems.
  • Collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders on solving complex technical problems and developing innovative solutions.
  • Provide support to the CX, Product, Software and Operations Teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Currently undergoing the National Youth Service Corp
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role.
  • A University Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business-related degree
  • CCNA, CCNP or any related Energy certification will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of the concepts of systems architecture and operating systems.
  • Must be organized, and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Good Excel skills
  • Electrical or solar experience is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the energy industry.
  • An excellent communicator, organized and a great team player.
  • Ability to work on shift.
