Job Details

• As we increase our processing capacity as well as our global distribution, we seek an experienced Brand & Communication Officer, based in Lagos, Nigeria to join the company in this exciting phase of its growth to build the first-of-its-kind fruit processing company in Nigeria.
• The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have experience managing different marketing ventures. Also, ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Brand & Communication Lead in overseeing the department’s operation
• See all activities/projects through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics that are data-centric
• Prepare and manage content creation schedule and support the team in content creation, marketing, and other creative efforts.
• Source and manage customer experience platforms (events, fairs) to deliver differentiated brand experiences that build customer loyalty.
• Proffer through-the-line marketing platforms/initiatives to promote product offerings as well as reach consumers
• Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms

Educational Qualification/Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience as a Brand and Communication Officer or in a similar role for at least three years.
• Proficiency in content creation, social media marketing, and management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong knowledge of brand-building techniques and marketing principles
• Creative brand storytelling and critical thinking skills
