Job Position: Business Analyst

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

• The Analyst will be responsible for collecting data, researching and analyzing an organization’s operations to improve its systems and processes.
• Develop reports with recommendations to the company’s management on the potential impact of their findings.

Requirements

• An MBA in Business or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
• A strong financial background with experience in budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, pricing, reporting.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques
• Working knowledge of relevant business management principles
• Ability to use Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google analytics etc.
• Must not be less than Intermediate level on Excel.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Experience in any top consultancy firm is an added advantage.
