Land Banking Investment Project (LIP) is a Real Estate investment scheme established by Zylus Group International managed under Zylus Investments Ltd. We invest in acquiring estates, lands, buildings structures, and also develop estates to sell at higher prices to generate good Returns on Investment (ROI).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Associate

Job Description

• Candidate must have proven experience in promoting sales of land and properties and must possess a good sales attitude.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of properties
• Maximize Sales.
• Responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and increase revenue.
• To manage the relationship with partners

Requirements

• First degree in marketing or Real Estate or any other Business related field
• Should possess effective verbal and communication skills
• Must have proven sales experience in a real estate industry
• Have excellent presentation and listening skills
• Must be confident, assertive, and emotionally mature.

Salary
N160,000 - N250,000
