Job Description

• We are looking to hire a business development executive who can join our team and help the company reach further sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for bringing in clients in cleaning service businesses into the company
• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives
• Focus on new contract and sales growth
• You will complete site inspections to assess and understand client requirements
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations
• Manage inbound leads
• Maintain client records and files.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in any relevant field is a must.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales or a client relationship is a must.
• Ideally, you will have previous experience in the facility services industry, specifically within cleaning.
• Relevant experience in an operational, project management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Outgoing and self-motivated.
