• Listing performance on land and property (off-plan and completed) for sale
• Performance of Short let occupancy
• Social media engagement
• Performance on Deal sourcing

Key Performance Indicator:

• Conversion to sale
• Occupancy rate on apartments
• Leads generated to website via channels: Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as advertised property platforms that result in sales/ bookings
• Number of JVs converted / executed six- monthly

Qualifications

• At least a BSc/HND in any Social Science course
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as a Product and Marketing professional
• Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage
• Highly creative with ability to think out-of-box
• Transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others
• Must be resident in Lagos
• Previous experience in Real Estate/ Banking sector is required
