We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business / HR Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide direction for the entire outsourcing operations/business
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Initiate business development activities
• Secure briefs from clients and be responsible for the whole project cycle including execution and payment
• Job placement
• Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with clients’ mandates as stipulated in the service level agreement
• Manage resourced employee's onboarding and training process
• Responsible for Employee Relations and bridging management and employee relations by addressing and resolving grievances, demands and other issues
• Welfare management
• Invoicing and Payroll
• Ensuring statutory compliance and securing the necessary operating license
• Recruitment and selection of resourced employees to create a pool of candidates
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Developing, updating and administration of the company’s performance management process for resourced employee's e.g., performance objective drafting, performance appraisal administration etc.
• Developing and recommending personnel policies and procedures as well as conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with policies, approaches and procedures
• Oversee/conduct background checks and ensure the appropriate resourced employee's is completed accurately e.t.c

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other related fields
• Member of CIPM or CIPM in view
• Minimum of 4 years cognate experience
• Excellent knowledge of outsourcing business processes and procedures
• People-oriented and result-driven
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
