We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Support Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The Business Support Analyst will be responsible for conducting research into the documentation provided to employers, schools and references, for the purpose of verifying applicable skills and experience.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls for Employment, Education, Reference and Licensing Verifications.
• Maintain effective record keeping for all calls handled. Ensure all verifications sent out are followed up on in a timely manner.
• Quality assurance and data review of information obtained for verifications.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved in obtaining verification information.
• Guarantee daily, weekly and monthly goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (A Degree in Business or Social Sciences will be preferred)
• At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative role
• Experience with researching business information on the web
• Understanding of general computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and web applications.

Salary
N75,000 - N90,000 monthly.
