Job Position: Executive Trainee (ET)

Job Summary

• The Executive Trainee (ET) program is designed to identify and develop high-potential graduates into future leaders of the organization.
• Successful candidates will undergo structured training, cross-functional exposure, and performance-based assessments to build strong leadership, management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured executive training and rotation program across key business units.
• Support departmental teams in executing operational, administrative, and strategic tasks.
• Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of reports to support management decisions.
• Demonstrate leadership potential through assigned projects and team collaborations.
• Uphold organizational values including discipline, accountability, humility, and professionalism.
• Learn and apply company policies, processes, and performance standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university.
• Law and Economics graduates strongly preferred.
• Age range: 23–28 years.
• Strong academic record with evidence of leadership roles or extracurricular involvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discipline, humility, integrity, and strong work ethic.
• Demonstrated interest in leadership, management, and strategic problem-solving.
