Job Summary

Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies

Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting the company’s strategy & directions
• Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
• Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice and translating high level technology strategy into tools and actions steps for implementation Participate in training and coaching
• Work closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return
• Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement

Job requirement

• Minimum of 15 years  in  various  management/leadership  roles  in  a  variety  of  businesses  and industries with a bachelor’s degree in business administrations, economics, or related field with professional  certifications
