Job Position: Chief Executive Officer

• The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees.
• They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.

Responsibilities

• Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
• Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction.
• Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
• New Product Introduction and the management of implementation processes for such.
• Secure funds, grants and capital investments for the organisation or it's unique products.

Qualifications

• MBA plus 1 year (Post MBA) work experience OR 4+ years' experience in a business-related field (preferably in the health sector).
• A passion for technology-driven solutions in health.
• A deep understanding of the Nigerian Health Sector.
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
