We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Civil Engineer
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs.
• Carrying out technical and feasibility studies.
• Draw up blue prints that satisfy project specifications.
• Estimate quantities and cost materials, equipment or labour to determine project feasibility.
• Presentation of public reports to management, clients and stakeholders respectively.
• Supervise project work from start to finish.
• Working according to project time schedule and meeting up with projects deadline.
• Will ensure that projects comply with local construction regulations and by-laws.

Skills / Specialized Skills / Attitude

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Must have good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Must have a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Should have good time management skills.
• Must have sound knowledge on how to use design software.
• Should have project management and supervisory skills.
• Must have the ability to interpret drawing plans and structural plans.
• Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have experience in earthworks as this will be an added advantage.
• Should have a good relational skill in order to liaise se with local authorities.
• Must have the ability to work well with others, independently or as a team.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Should be confident when liaising with clients and other professional sub-contractor.
