Job Description

• We are seeking a creative, confident, and versatile Content Creator who can bring our brand to life through engaging visuals, videos, and storytelling that attract high-value clients and drive sales.
• The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, camera-friendly, and creative, with the ability to conceptualize, film, and deliver premium social media content that aligns with our brand goals. Basic editing and administrative skills are also required.
• You will work closely with the marketing team to generate consistent, high-quality property and lifestyle content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and photo content for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Present professionally in videos showcasing properties, lifestyle content, and client experiences.
• Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas in line with real estate trends.
• Write captions, scripts, and social media posts to match content themes.
• Assist in managing content calendars and coordinating marketing schedules.
• Conduct live videos, interviews, and on-site walkthroughs for brand engagement.
• Perform basic video and photo editing for social media optimization.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks such as client follow-up, scheduling, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and occasional field campaigns.

Education & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.
• Certifications in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Communication are an added advantage.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a content creator, influencer, or social media personality (preferably in the real estate or lifestyle industry).
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging on-camera content.
• Experience managing social media pages or brand campaigns is required.

Other Requirements:

• Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or Lekki Axis.
• Must be confident, presentable, and well-spoken.
• Must be creative, consistent, and reliable with strong time management.
• Must be comfortable appearing in videos and representing the brand professionally.
• Must be adaptable and willing to take on other related roles as assigned.
• Immediate availability is a plus.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong camera presence and confidence in speaking on video.
• Creative thinking with strong storytelling and content direction ability.
• Basic knowledge of video and photo editing (CapCut, Canva, InShot, Lightroom, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook).
• Administrative and coordination skills are a strong plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 - N120,00 / month.
