Requirement

• Create aesthetic photos and videos featuring our bedding products, home décor, and nature-inspired concepts

• Produce engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms

• Write simple, clean, and appealing captions that reflect comfort, nature, and style

• Help plan content calendars, campaign ideas, and creative directions

• Capture lifestyle shots that highlight serenity, self-care, and beautiful living spaces

• Assist customers with product inquiries (quality, materials, care, sizing, etc.)

  
  

• Guide customers in choosing bedding that fits their comfort and style needs

• Respond to messages across social platforms and email professionally and warmly

• Ensure every customer interaction feels caring, friendly, and knowledgeable

• Help resolve issues politely and efficiently, maintaining our brand’s reputation for kindness and quality service.

• Loves aesthetics, nature, cozy living, and well-designed spaces

• Is naturally warm, polite, and patient with people

• Has experience with customer service in the lifestyle or bedding space (a plus!)

• Enjoys creating beautiful content and is comfortable being behind or in front of the camera

• Understands social media trends and how to create engaging content

• Has strong communication skills both written and spoken

• Is organized, reliable, and eager to grow with a creative brand
