Job Position: Crop Farm Supervisor

Job Location: Ipara-Remo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for someone that is experienced in crop farming, who is eager to efficiently grow different crops making use of the budget given and yielding positive harvest at the end of every season.

Responsibilities

• Forward planning
• Making policy decisions
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards
• Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases
• Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records
• Organizing sales and purchases of farm equipment, crops and agricultural products
• Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records
• Recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers
• Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily

Qualifications

• We need someone with either OND / HND / B.Sc qualification in any Farm Management discipline.
• Not less than three years of experience in crop farm management.

• IT skills
• The ability to apply technical knowledge of the environment and legislation/public policy matters in a practical environment.

Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 monthly.
