• Plans, monitors, appraises, and reviews job contributions of others.

• Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Prepares and completes actions plans.
• Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Resolves problems.
• Completes audits.
