Pointsource, an ICT firm involved in Gadget Sales, Web Services and Tech Consultancy, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Experience Representative

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Receives customers' requests by telephone/mail, analyses requests and responds accordingly
• Assists in resolving customer problems and complaints.
• Recruit new customers and do follow up
• Digital marketing & Cold calling
• Involved in all forms of advertising drive.
• General office duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Science science-related discipline.
• 1 - 3 years of experience
• Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
• Persuasive personality with an outgoing, positive attitude
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
• Result-driven, timely, innovative, with good negotiating skills
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, work independently or within a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel
• IT & Phone savvy: Do not apply if you do not have basic computing skills

• Applicants must have a government-issued ID, an Original School Certificate and reside in Lagos, preferably within 15km of Ikeja.
