The Workplace Centre Limited - Our client in the Hospitality Industry is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer / Merchandiser

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers inquiries, and requests Stock and replace products to avoid damages.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products.
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
• Prepare store display and make sure products are accurately labelled.
• Process customers order and payment in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in a supermarket.
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent Customer facing skill.
• Good communication skill.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly
