Job Position: Customer Service Support Intern

Typical Duties

• Answer telephone calls, attend to emails, attend meetings and greet customers, Provide information about company products and services
• Understand customers' queries and requests, process customer requests, forward complaints to managers where necessary, help customers to make online applications and attend training sessions designed for customer service to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• Age: 21 - 25
• Preferred candidate's location - Alimosho.
