The Role


  • We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Learning & Talent Acceleration team.
  • This role provides hands-on exposure to training operations and program coordination, offering a strong foundation for a career in Operations, Learning and Development, or Program Management.
  • As an Intern, you will work closely with the Learning & Talent Acceleration team to support the end-to-end delivery of training programs, strengthen operational processes, and contribute insights that improve learning effectiveness and program efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Learning & Talent Acceleration team to develop, review, and update course materials, training manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of online and in-person training sessions, ensuring a seamless learner experience.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze participant feedback to identify improvement areas and support the development of action plans.
  • Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, tracking learner progress, and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Assist with training operations such as scheduling sessions, coordinating facilitators, and preparing operational and performance reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development to contribute improvement ideas.
  • Support internal research and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing training quality and delivery efficiency.

Requirements 

  • BSc. / HND in an analytical or related discipline
  • Recent graduate or NYSC corps member (0–1 year of experience).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts (e.g., Excel analysis, simple reporting, or performance tracking).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to a Functional Laptop

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in operations, program coordination, or learning & development.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of training design, or instructional design principles.
