Job Position: Digital Marketer / Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Alausa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Verification of customers identities
• Follow up with newly registered clients on all enquiries
• Lead generation and onforwarding to the sales team
• Attend to all enquiries
• Cold Call
• Email marketing/campaign
• Online survey development
• Content creation for social media page
• Champion the activity of uploading product image on the product database
• Outbound calls to client
• Any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirement
Education:

• Bachelors Degree in any Social Science courses.
• with at least 2 years work experience.

Skills:

• Must be good with graphics
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be creative
• Must be proactive.
