We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: Estate Officer (Industrial Trainee)

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Preparing schedule of fixtures and fittings for inventory purposes after the tenant vacates premises or before occupation.
• Sending out rent reminders as and when due.
• Property inspections for prospecting tenants and buyers.
• Sourcing and prospecting for new briefs.
• Upload of properties in our portfolio on the relevant property listing sites and engaging all other marketing efforts.
• Carries out other responsibilities as may be assigned by Head of Estate Management Unit.
