Requirements


  • Minimum of B.Sc in any discipline
  • Knowledge of Fintech Industry is an added advantage
  • Experience and interest in internal and external communications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work assignments
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Proficient MS Office tools ( PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and knowledge of software tools and multi-line phones systems
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficiently to respond logically under stress and pressure
  • Ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision
  • Excellent written & verbally communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in the team-base, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Follows up on contacts made by the President and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature and determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
  • Proxy for meetings on behalf of the CEO and make informed decisions in his absence
  • Manage email correspondence, tracking important reports from management team to the CEO
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
  • Managing the executive’s professional and personal calendar, meeting requests and coordinating appointments
  • Acting as a liaison and first point of contact with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members, interacting with them in a professional and timely manner
  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports
  • Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the MD/CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
  • Reviewing, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing calls, faxes, emails, and other correspondence
  • Responsible for keeping all corporate documents for the chief executive officer
  • Preparing reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and taking minutes accurately
  • Record daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Create and store files using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
