We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position listed below:

Job Position: Experienced Estate Surveyor
Job Location: Lagos and major cities in Nigeria

Education

• Basic qualification required is a B.Sc/HND in Estate Management. Additional professional qualifications and membership of NIESV-will definitely be an advantage

Experience &n Skills:

• Ideal candidates should have not less than 5 years core practice experience in either or all of Agency, Valuation or Management practice areas.
• Also, candidates would be required to have proof of past achievement in these areas of practice.

Person Specifications:

• We seek candidates who can demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, a can-do-spirit and demonstrable leadership abilities.
• Additionally, preference will be given to candidates with a high aptitude of computer literacy and IT proficiency.

Note: Interview process will include written test, oral interviews and presentations.
