Facility Manager

Job Title: Facilities Manager Location: Lagos (Mainland) Job Description • Oversee maintenance and upgrade overall facility as required. • Establish and administer policies and procedures for events. • Coordinate and manage activities and events with other departments and external clients. • Monitor facility usage, operations and equipment maintenance. • Prepare and implement annual budget for building use and facility maintenance. • Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in building. • Develop schedule for regular evaluation of facilities. • Participate in development of policies and procedures affecting usage supplies and facilities. • Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning well. • Initiate interventions to solve problems in facilities. • Develop and execute system for regular cleaning, security, parking, repair and maintenance of facilities. • Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations. Requirements/Qualifications • Highly presentable, Good spoken English Sales and marketing experience, power point and proposal writing skills. • Industry experience in an Event Centre and rentals, including Mobile Marquee. • Relationship-building. • The ability to prioritize and multi-task. • Time management skills. • Teamwork, leadership and motivational skills. • Understanding of soft and hard service delivery. • BSc./B.A/HND with minimum of 5 years relevant experience Application Deadline 12th February, 2022 How To Apply Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to
