Blooms Academy is a co-educational private school running both Nigerian and British Curricula to provide quality education at affordable fees from Creche to Secondary level of education. It is located in a serene environment of Suncity Estate, Abuja, FCT.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Facility Manager
Job Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and carry out minor maintenance works
• Develop, advise on, and implement scheduled and preventive maintenance plans
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of school buildings, utilities, and equipment
• Ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment
• Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and grounds staff
• Manage vendors, contractors, and facility-related projects
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Support school activities, events, and examinations with timely facility setup

Requirements

• Minimum of a Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in facility or property management (school experience is an advantage)
• Ability to conduct maintenance tasks and provide professional advice on maintenance scheduling
• Good knowledge of building systems and safety practices
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
