We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Factory Manager
Job Location: Itobe, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise production processes and staff.
• Implement quality control systems and operational standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial or processing plant operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of mineral processing operations is an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
