Job Position: Female Account Assistant

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
• Posting the daily sales invoices and receipts
• Raising and filing payment vouchers serially.
• Disbursing imprest
• Follow up on retirements for all amounts collected by staff.
• Organize the invoices and receipts for daily sales and send them to the archive at the close of work every day
• Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND / OND in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum of one year experience in same role
• Must be familiar with an Accounting software
• Applicant must reside within VI/Lekki/Yaba/Bariga and Oworo Axis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
